Shipping & Delivery Information

At Breesee, we’re committed to getting your stylish and affordable sun shades to you as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

Order Processing Times

  • In most cases, orders placed within business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 AEST) will be dispatched within 48 hours.
  • In most cases, orders placed outside of business hours, including weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched within 48 hours from the start of the next working day.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Australia Post with the following shipping options:

Standard Parcel Post – Flat rate: A$11

    • Within NSW: 2-4 business days
    • Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express Post – Flat rate: A$15

    • Within NSW: 1-2+ business days
    • Interstate: 1-3+ business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays, especially around public holidays. For up-to-date delivery times, please check the Australia Post website.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, we request that you first contact Australia Post directly to lodge an inquiry. You are welcome to inform us afterward, but all delivery issues must first be disputed with the courier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you have just placed an order and would like to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it will fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Authority to Leave (ATL) & Signature on Delivery

You may be able to update your delivery preferences, including Authority to Leave (ATL) and Signature on Delivery, through your Australia Post account or app.

Pre-Orders / Backorders & Stock Availability

We may accept pre-orders or backorders for certain products even when they are not currently held in stock. In such cases, a delay notice will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page. All items within a single order will be shipped together; therefore, if one or more items are pre-orders, the entire order may be delayed until all products are available. International Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not accept international orders online. However, in some cases, we may be able to ship to international addresses when contacted via email. We are actively working on expanding our shipping locations—sign up for our newsletter for updates on new shipping destinations and product releases.
